● In the butt fusion of HDPE pipes, a special fusion device is used, butt fusion welding machine.

● Clean the ends of pipe and fitting, to make sure pipe and fitting are completely clean and free of waste.

● Fix the pipe and fitting in the welding machine, cut the both end of the pipe and fitting, to make sure two ends of pipe and fitting are completely flat and free of defects. Please pay attention on no gap between two ends.
● After finishing above steps, the operator put the heating plate between the two simple pipes’ (or fitting’)ends and bring the pipes ends to the metal plate gradually, so that the ends melt. Most important, before connect the power, please make sure the heating plate is completely clean.

● After end of pipes or fittings melt enough, it’s necessary to remove the heating plate from the pipes or fittings, and within 10 seconds to connect two end slowly and carefully, don’t move until the solid connection build.
